We have two large live rooms which serve our
needs quite well. Our main recording room is 16’x 10’ and our live/rehearsal room is 21’x 12’. The

Once a session is completed, we have the audio file that saves everything
regarding your song or songs. We will save the files for 30 days after the project. After that it is the client’s responsibility
to contact the studio and store the data on their own. We can copy the files to DVD’s for the client to take with them.
We charge for all media (CDRs or DVDRs, tapes, etc.) used in the project and the studio time to backup all of the files. At
the client’s request, we will store the files after 30 days for a nominal fee.

We have a number of session musicians that we can call in on any project.
Their fees vary and are separate from the hourly studio rates.
6. What is the hourly rate for the studio/rehearsal room?
Our rates vary due to specials and promotions that we run; but our base rate is $35.00
per hour. This includes the studio rental and an engineer for the session. We do have daily rates and weekend block out rates
available as well. These ensure that no other clients will be in the studio during those days except for you. We also offer
demo packages and song production packages. The song production packages include the services of a producer. The fee for use
of the live/rehearsal room is $15.00 per hour.

in the sessions?

their own instruments to the studio for ease and comfort. We use the house equipment as backups or in special cases.
